✍️ 1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website and booking any travel services with 4th Generation Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
💳 2. Booking and Payments
- A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation.
- Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.
- Prices may change until booking is confirmed.
- Payments accepted via credit card, bank transfer, and verified gateways.
📅 3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- 60+ days before departure: Full Refund (minus admin fee)
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% Refund
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% Refund
- 0–14 days before departure: No Refund
✈️ 4. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports (minimum six months validity), visas, and health requirements. 4th Generation Travel is not liable for issues caused by incomplete documents.
⚠️ 5. Liability & Force Majeure
We act only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not responsible for delays, injuries, losses, or cancellations caused by third parties or force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.
