We offer both! You can join our scheduled small group tours for a social experience, or we can craft a fully private, bespoke itinerary for you and your companions.

Booking & Payments

To secure a booking, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your departure date. You can start the process by submitting an inquiry form on our website.
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payment gateways. Prices are typically quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or US Dollars (USD) depending on the package.
Yes, cancellations are possible subject to our refund policy. Generally, full refunds (minus admin fees) are available 60+ days before departure. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for the detailed cancellation schedule.

Flights

Our international packages often include roundtrip airfare, but we also offer "Land Arrangement Only" options if you prefer to book your own flights. Please check the "Inclusions" section of specific packages.
Yes, private airport transfers are standard in most of our packages to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Travel Documents

Local travel typically requires a valid government-issued ID and booking confirmation. Additional documents may be required for minors.
International travel generally requires a passport valid for at least six months, visa (if applicable), airline tickets, hotel bookings, and other supporting documents.
Yes! We assist with visa applications for destinations such as Japan, South Korea, USA, Schengen countries, and more. Approval is subject to embassy requirements.
